Herbivorous Butcher at Target Field

Enjoyed the Sriracha Brat a The Herbivorous Butcher's new stand at Target Field. It's great to see the word "vegan" appear with five items on Target Field's online menu. That's in addition, of course, to other things that vegans can eat while enjoying some Twins baseball.

SSSDUDE-NUTZ

I visited SSSDUDE-NUTZ for the first time. Picked up a dozen vegan donuts for the office. I managed to get one. Very tasty! The place to go for donuts in Dinkytown. 

Sen Yai Sen Lek

It had been awhile since my last visit to Sen Yai Sen Lek, located in Northeast Minneapolis. I don't remember the name of the dish I ordered, but it was tasty. Be sure to ask for the vegetarian/vegan menu!

Bad Waitress and Glam Doll

Amsterdam Hash for breakfast at The Bad Waitress, followed by a vegan donut from Glam Doll.

Pimento Jamaican Kitchen

I had Uber Eats deliver Curry Veggies from Pimento Jamaican Kitchen to my front door. But you can also visit them on Eat Street in Minneapolis. They label the vegan items as such.  

Pizza Luce

I tried another Pizza Luce brunch item that I hadn't previously checked out.  Enjoyed the Little Surfer at the Roseville location. It's the vegan version of the Baja Burrito Verde, with mock duck and tofu.

Moroccan Flavors

After seeing a review calling Moroccan Flavors a dream for vegans and vegetarians, we checked it out ASAP. Ordered the Vegetable Tagine. Seemed so healthy that we ordered fries as well. ;-) Located in the Midtown Global Market.

Agra Culture

I finally tried the griddle cakes at Agra Culture Kitchen & Press and can definitely recommend them. Vegan and gluten free. 

Amy's Cupcake Shoppe

Amy's Cupcake Shoppe, located in downtown Hopkins, has vegan/gluten free cupcakes!!!

Hola Arepa

Hola Arepa has two arepas (cornmeal griddle cake sandwiches) that can be made vegan upon request, in addition to a couple of small plates.  I had them veganize the Black Bean & Queso Fresco arepa.  Delicious.  The yuca fries are also quite tasty.
