Reverie

It's so great that Reverie has a Minneapolis brick-and-mortar location again. It seems that they're still sort of in the "soft opening" phase. I loved the Cauliflower Po Boy. It's fantastic having another all vegan restaurant. I'll be a frequent customer, for sure!

Target Center - LifeCafe

Target Center took a leap forward this year by adding Beyond Meat products at a place called LifeCafe, near section 106. I enjoyed a Beyond Burger at a recent Timberwolves game. Brats are also available.  

Soul Bowl

I've made it to Graze Provisions + Libations a couple of times.  Soul Bowl is probably the most vegan-friendly spot at this new North Loop food hall.  I don't know if the menu changes regularly, but they had vegan mac-n-cheese during my most recent visit. I also had greens and black-eyed peas. Yum!

Peoples Organic

The tofu scramble at Peoples Organic is pretty delicious! I had mine at the Galleria location.

The Tilted Tiki

Finally made it to the Tilted Tiki in Stillwater, where they have a really large number of vegan items on the menu. We had the Tropical Tiki Tofu Kabobs and the Beyond Meat Tropical Meatballs. Both were great and prices are super reasonable Check it out!
