Coconut Whisk

My first time visiting Coconut Whisk, one of the two new 100% vegan and gluten-free cafès in downtown Minneapolis. I had the Cloudberry Mini Pancakes. Yum! 

 

Hark! Cafe

 

Grand opening weekend at Hark! The sweet and savory waffle sandwich includes sausage with melted cheese along with syrup and apple butter. Fold it up into a sandwich if that’s your preferred method. This is really tasty! All vegan and all gluten free.  

Stalk & Spade

The new, 100% vegan Stalk & Spade is a good reason to trek to Wayzata. Burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, fries, and shakes! http://stalkandspade.com/

Foxy Falafel

The vegan and gluten-free ice cream sandwiches at Foxy Falafel are pretty amazing. Check out to their other sweets as well. Order online for curbside pickup to go with your tasty order of falafel. 

Hark Cafe

First visit to Hark Cafe, the new 100% vegan and gluten-free spot in downtown Minneapolis. Really enjoyed the bagel sandwich, cranberry pop tart, and caramel apple crumble. So good! 

Toppers

Toppers now has vegan pizza options. I ordered the Vegan Korean BBQ Chicken-less Topper. Tasty!  Will order again.

Soul Bowl

My first time ordering the Vegan Bowl at Soul Bowl. Filled with vegan mac & cheese, grilled corn, and vegan chicken. And smothered in barbecue sauce. Delicious!
