White Castle

I finally made it to White Castle for their slider-sized Impossible burgers! Consumed four and enjoyed them very much. Gotta hold the cheese to make 'em vegan. The employee at this location said the other veg burger option on the menu--the Veggie Slider--is vegetarian but not vegan. That contradicts every online source I can find, but I decided to avoid it. The buns are vegan.

The Buzz Coffee & Cafe

The Apple Crisp vegan waffle at The Buzz Coffee & Cafe in Burnsville. They have a ridiculously large number of vegan waffle options!

J. Selby's

The Philly--apparently a newer menu item--might be my new favorite entree at J. Selby's. I ordered it with the "chickin" rather than the "beaf." And I was barely disciplined enough to order the side salad instead of fries.

Piggy Bank

I tried Piggy Bank in Uptown for the first time. The menu has an extensive vegan section. I had the Impossible Vegan Southwest Burger, which includes fried onions, aioli, guacamole, lettuce, and tomato. It's REALLY good. Check it out!

Earth Burger - Mall of America

I made it to Earth Burger's Mall of America location for the first time and ordered the Spicy Chik-N Sandwich and a strawberry shake. It's their first location outside of Texas and I'm looking forward to return trips to order one of everything!

So Good So You

I went with the Savory Mediterranean plate on my first visit to the new skyway location of So Good So You at 950 Nicollet Mall. Will definitely order it again!

Hai Hai

First trip to Hai Hai. Really like the fried potatoes. The dish is a little fancier and more complex than its title would suggest. Vegan and gluten free items are clearly labeled on the menu.

Vegan Super Bowl Sunday

Three stops for a Vegan Super Bowl Sunday. Lunch at Gorkha Palace, buffalo chicken dip and meatloaf from Herbivorous Butcher, and vegan goodness from Glam Doll Donuts.
