Francis

It’s so great to have Francis back serving vegan burgers, now in a brick-and-mortar location in northeast Minneapolis! I went with the chicken sandwich this time. 

Wicked Kitchen - Target Center

It can still be a challenge to find a lot of vegan options at arenas and stadiums. But now if you’re attending a Timberwolves game or other event at Target Center in Minneapolis, Wicked Kitchen has got you covered! It’s new to the arena this season and the menu is all vegan. I had the meatball sub and a chocolate and red berry ice cream cone.  Both were excellent! 

The Howe Daily Kitchen & Bar

The vegan nachos at The Howe Daily Kitchen & Bar are pretty awesome.  

Galactic Pizza

It had been awhile since I’ve stopped into Galactic for some vegan pizza!

Insane Vegan

FINALLY made it to Insane Vegan, now located in St. Paul.  Had the Spicy Italy, which consists of ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, banana peppers, Italian herbs, oil, and mayo, all on a hoagie roll.  So good! 

Advellum

My first time at Advellum, the most vegan-friendly establishment at the Market at Malcolm Yards. Enjoyed the nachos.  Not pictured: I had chorizo on the side.  Looking forward to trying more of their vegan options in the future.

We’ve been eating at 100% vegan Francis wwwaaayyy more than any other spot lately. This Breakfast Burger deserves a clearer photo but trust me when I tell you that it’s amazing.  I ordered a cookie as well but that was consumed before I thought to snap a photo of it. 

Hark! Cafe

Fantastic weekend brunch at Hark! Cafe.  Potatoes & Mushrooms Mornay. Tofu scramble. A waffle. Oatmeal vanilla cream sandwich and a cinnamon roll.  So good. (Just to be clear, this was all shared by two of us.)

Chipotle

Checked out the new vegan chorizo at Chipotle. Pretty good! 

Seed Cafe

Enjoyed the Classic Breakfast Sandwich at Seed Cafe.  And a cookie for breakfast as well.  😊
