Mock Muffeleta at Pizza Luce

Dinner with the family on a Friday night. Where better to go than Pizza Luce? I've really been hooked on the Mock Muffeleta lately. I've only recently started to enjoy barbecue sauce, so this fine hoagie has overtaken the Mock Sausage Parmigiana as my favorite non-pizza menu item at this veg-friendly establishment. It's filled with mock duck, olives, peppers, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and rinotta vegan cheese. It's messy and extremely tasty!
