We recently spent a long weekend in Omaha. Our primary reason for going to Omaha?
Modern Love, the new restaurant established by one of the coolest vegans around:
Isa Chandra Moskowitz. We were super excited to check it out. We had a 9:00 p.m. reservation on a Friday night. Yes, Isa was there, doing a bit of everything--seating people, clearing tables, folding napkins, etc. Anyway, about the food. It's at least as great as you'd expect. I had the Seitan Chops & Apple Sauce. My wife had the Mac & Shew. And we shared a sundae. You should travel to Omaha. Seriously. Reservations recommended.
