J. Selby's
I made my first trip to J. Selby's, the much-anticipated and recently-opened vegan restaurant in St. Paul. I ordered The Solo, which is their basic cheeseburger. (They also have one with two patties.) I'm looking forward to trying basically everything on the menu during many future visits!
