So happy to see another pizza chain, Blaze Pizza, offering vegan cheese on their menu. Similar to PizzaRev, this place offers Daiya on a pizza that's made quickly and is offered at a reasonable price. When I asked for vegan cheese, the person making my pizza kindly asked if I'd like her to change gloves before proceeding. PizzaRev has vegan sausage, which is probably the only significant difference that I noticed between the two chains. Blaze currently has two Twin Cities area locations, Minneapolis (Stadium Village) and St. Louis Park.

Reverie is the new mostly vegan place at Franklin and Nicollet. I had the Cubano, which includes "pulled jackfruit in a smoky sauce served on a Vietnamese French roll with garlic aioli and pickled onions." Really good stuff! I think the restaurant is completely vegan except that they offer dairy milk, presumably for people who want it in their coffee.

This was my first time checking out Taco Cat, a business that started by delivering tacos by bike. Now they also have their own space at the Midtown Global Market. We had veggie tacos and also decided to order a side of chips and guacamole. Yum! If you live within their delivery area, you can still have your tacos delivered by bicycle. I made my first trip to the wonderfully popular new Herbivorous Butcher. Believe the hype! This place is great! I picked up Italian Sausage, Pastrami, and Dill Havarti. There are so many options! If you live in the area, this is clearly a place you must visit routinely. If you don't live in the area, this place is one reason to start planning a trip to Minneapolis. #allveganeverything

Wizard Burger at Seward Cafe. It has a really unique taste. The ingredients, as described on the menu: vegan house-made mung bean patty with lettuce, onion, cucumbers, tomato, sprouts & spicy veganaise, served with a side of vegan coleslaw and sprouts.
