Our first time at Olivia’s Organic Cafe in Burnsville. It’s completely gluten-free and dairy-free. There is a decent selection of vegan items. We really liked the scramble, which comes with a tasty muffin.

Baba’s Hummus House
My first time at the new-ish Baba’s Hummus House in Minneapolis. Excellent falafel and super creamy hummus. Vegan items are clearly marked on the menu.
