Enjoyed the Sriracha Brat a The Herbivorous Butcher's new stand at Target Field. It's great to see the word "vegan" appear with five items on Target Field's online menu. That's in addition, of course, to other things that vegans can eat while enjoying some Twins baseball.

I made my first trip to the wonderfully popular new Herbivorous Butcher. Believe the hype! This place is great! I picked up Italian Sausage, Pastrami, and Dill Havarti. There are so many options! If you live in the area, this is clearly a place you must visit routinely. If you don't live in the area, this place is one reason to start planning a trip to Minneapolis. #allveganeverything

Pizza Nea

Visited Pizza Nea on East Hennepin for the first time since they started featuring toppings from The Herbivorous Butcher. Ordered the veganized version of the Salsicce, which includes (veg) sausage, red peppers, basil, and HB's mozzarella. It's pretty fantastic.
