I went with the Savory Mediterranean plate on my first visit to the new skyway location of So Good So You at 950 Nicollet Mall. Will definitely order it again!

Hai Hai

First trip to Hai Hai. Really like the fried potatoes. The dish is a little fancier and more complex than its title would suggest. Vegan and gluten free items are clearly labeled on the menu.

Check out Crepe & Spoon, the brand new, predominantly vegan place in Northeast Minneapolis! I enjoyed a ham and cheese crepe and PB&J ice cream.

I ordered a special pizza at Galactic Pizza, which doesn't appear on their regular menu. It's the vegan version of the Brooklyn Bee, which includes local products from The Herbivorous Butcher and Bee Free Honee. And then I couldn't resist the strawberry cheesecake.
